AWS-MLU Faculty Fellowship
The AWS Machine Learning University (MLU) Faculty Fellowship is a professional development initiative designed to build institutional capacity in artificial intelligence and machine learning across higher education. The fellowship engages faculty in hands-on, applied learning experiences, equipping them with the technical knowledge and pedagogical strategies needed to integrate AI/ML into teaching, research, and curriculum development. Grounded in collaborative and co-design principles, fellows participate in cohort-based learning, technical training, and knowledge-sharing networks that support scalable implementation across their institutions. The program strengthens faculty self-efficacy, expands access to emerging technologies, and aligns academic programs with workforce demands, ultimately advancing equitable participation and innovation in AI-enabled education ecosystems
